Limitation of Liability

Johnny Concert will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages and any results of “intent of harm” with our products, services, and our website.

Due to each individual having their own allergies and reactions to ingredients in products, we ask that you thoroughly review our ingredients before purchase. By moving forward with your purchase order directly on our website(s), shops, or through a third party (authorized shop, authorized retailer, official stocklist), you hereby indemnify hold harmless Johnny Concert and their subsidiaries, brand ambassadors, artists, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, partners, members, against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees any or all of the foregoing hereinafter referred to as “Losses”) harmless from any and all legal actions, damages, medical injuries, or any liabilities incurred, and further agrees and warrants that you will comply with all local, state and federal laws. We make no claim that the operation of our products, program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions, personal injuries, product mislabeling, product claims, or errors. 

The laws of the state of California shall govern this Agreement. Should there be any legal dispute between the parties, then both parties agree to take the matter before arbitration/mediation in Los Angeles County, California, should Johnny Concert request arbitration/mediation in lieu of formal legal process. Both parties mutually agree that the sole legal venue for all disputes shall be in the Los Angeles District Court of California.

Johnny Concert has the right to change any information, materials, ingredients, packaging specs, prices, and fees on their website without notice.
