HOW TO APPLY:
Eyeshadow applies best directly with your fingers or your favorite vegan brushes.
To make a Cake Eyeliner: Dip a clean angled eyeliner brush into water and pat dry to remove access water, swirl into eyeshadow to create a creamy paste. Apply wet eyeshadow to the base of the upper and lower lashes.
